Beautiful beach, but room issues
Woke up to the sight of stunning sunsets at Mambo Ocean Resort, where the beach was pristine. The staff truly made the stay enjoyable with their friendliness during meals.
Unfortunately, the hard beds took a toll on my sleep. The shower pressure was poor, and it often ran out of hot water quickly, which was disappointing.

The food was an absolute culinary delight! Gotta rave about those thin crispy fries that were the ultimate beach snack. Also, the vibe at the pools and the beach was just spot on. a perfect chill zone with clean, spacious rooms for post-beach relaxation.
While everything else sparkled, the breakfast menu could use a serious makeover. We loved the beautiful surroundings, but driving an hour to Stone Town was too far for just a day trip to hit the Night Market vibes.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making each meal enjoyable with their warm service.
The dining options were quite limited and on the expensive side compared to local restaurants, leading to some dissatisfaction with the value for money.

This gem has it all, cozy rooms adorned with beautiful paintings, excellent food, and stunning beach access. The staff's warmth enhances the experience, and the nightly setup for mosquitoes shows attention to detail. With fresh banana chips and perfectly crafted cocktails, it promises a tranquil yet delightful escape.

The Standard Double Room was cozy with some beautiful paintings outside. I liked that it had a double bed and a bunk bed, although the room felt a bit tight with all the beds. The lighting was really poor, but after some room changes, I got to stay in better rooms with more light and a good bed. The staff was super helpful, adding extra bedside lights when I needed them.
